FINALLY!
Yes, finally, I'm going to post up a few of my Viet pics and video. The amount will depend on my patience.

So the story behind this picture is that this is my dad. Yes, my father. We were at the Vancouver airport on our way to Vietnam. We arrived at 10:00 pm, and our flight to Vietnam was at 3:00 in the morning. So my mom, being the control freak she is, was damanding my daddy and I to sleep. So she got his pillow out(the pink one, if he had a choice he would have choose something else, but when he bought it, that's all they had left. He just liked it cuz of all the beads in it so it felt comfy) and gave him my eye mask that I never used. I got it for my 13th bday from an old friend, but never used it. I'm an easy sleeper, so I gave it to him. Doesn't he look funny? I love how his hand is on his chin like that.

Ah yes, this is a badly sun burnt me. After that, I realized why Viet people at the beach wouldn't wear bathing suits, but tees instead. Because you're out on the beach having too much fun to go back for some sunscreen so your effin' shoulders, back, and thighs burn so bad. I was in so much pain at the time. And yes, I'm wearing Calvin Klein underwear. My boxer shorts from AE were worn so much the elastic is stretched, so they like sag a bit and don't fit as well. I learned my lesson though. The second time 'round, I wore a tee shirt. My arms still burned a bit, but it doesn't hurt as bad as burnt sholders would. And oh boy did I peel.

This is where my cousin took me to the snake farm in My Tho. This place had a ton of snakes of all shapes and sizes and different containments, or lack of. I was so close to these snakes on a tree and I didn't even realize it! Crazy! Anyway, they had more than just snakes as you can see. They had peacocks, a yellow turtle, weasles, alligators, and this ostrich! Which scared the hell out of me, cuz I've seen TV, so I know how they can peck at you. That I feared, but out of that fear came this great shot. Oh and I didn't get pecked if that's what you're wondering.

This is when my cousin took a bunch of the family on this boat tour around a few of the islands on the Mekong Delta or River, however you like to call it. There were a ton of Jap people I'll tell you that! Anyway, this was on our last island and we got a ride on a little river that ran through the island. It was very narrow, but there were a ton of boats waiting to take tourists though. I felt sorry for these people because they only get paid after 10 days or more, and get paid very little. Imagine having to have that few amount of money to last you 10 days, and rowing all day for it. Plus you had to fight the other boat people for tourists cuz they kept tabs at the end of who was bringing people to the end.
Gahhh, there's too many pictures to be selective and I don't want to upload every single one. I'll do little incraments here and there. How's that sound? This should be sufficient enough for you guys for now. Until then, you're stuck with these four. mwa ha ha ha ha ha!!
